How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Go to "My Subscription" tab. You will need to log in first to view the Subscription page.
  • Click on Subscription from your My Account page.
  • Select the Subscription ID you wish to cancel.
  • Click Cancel Subscription to complete the process.

On this page, you will also find options to:

  • Retry billing if a payment has failed.
  • Skip the next order.
  • Pause your subscription.
